Buffalo Hot Wings

This is a great oven-baked version of chicken wings that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, ~6 wings and 6 drumettes
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Truvia Sweet Complete Brown
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil with a metal rack set inside.
  3. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and lay wings in a single layer on a metal rack.
  4. Combine baking powder and salt in a small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle mixture evenly over both sides of wings.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip wings and bake for an additional 25 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
  6. Combine Truvia Sweet Complete Brown and buffalo wing sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Toss hot wings into sauce using tongs to coat.
